Welcome to Vexonik! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our VPN services. By creating an account and using Vexonik, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vexonik services, you agree to:

  • Be bound by these Terms of Service
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Vexonik provides:

  • Virtual Private Network (VPN) services with encrypted connections
  • Access to 50+ server locations worldwide
  • Unlimited bandwidth (subject to fair use policy)
  • Multi-device support (up to 3, 10, or unlimited devices depending on your plan)
  • 24/7 customer support
  • Kill switch protection and DNS leak prevention

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access
  • Using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (recommended)

3.2 Prohibited Account Sharing

Each account is for individual use only. You may not:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Sell or transfer your account
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent device limits

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plan Types

Vexonik offers three subscription tiers:

  • Basic - Personal use, 3 devices
  • Pro - Power users, 10 devices, priority support
  • Business - Teams, unlimited devices, dedicated support

4.2 Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed:

  • Monthly - Charged every 30 days
  • Yearly - Charged annually with discounted pricing (up to 50% savings)

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • PayPal
  • Alipay (for users in China and Asia)
  • WeChat Pay (for users in China)

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store full credit card information.

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date. You will receive:

  • Renewal reminder email 7 days before billing
  • Receipt after successful payment
  • Notification if payment fails (with 3-day grace period)

4.5 Price Changes

We may adjust pricing for:

  • New subscriptions
  • Renewals (with 30 days advance notice)

Existing subscribers keep their current rate until renewal or plan change.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel anytime:

  • Before renewal date - Access continues until period end, then cancels automatically
  • After renewal - No refund for current period (unless within 30-day guarantee)

To cancel: Visit Dashboard → Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription

5.3 Refund Exceptions

No refunds for:

  • Partial months/years (except during 30-day guarantee)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms violations
  • Services purchased through third-party resellers
  • Expired subscriptions

5.4 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within:

  • 5-10 business days to original payment method
  • Email confirmation sent once refund is issued

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Permitted Uses

Vexonik may be used to:

  • Protect your online privacy and security
  • Access geo-restricted content and streaming services
  • Bypass censorship and internet restrictions
  • Secure public Wi-Fi connections
  • Protect business communications

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use Vexonik for:

Illegal Activities:

  • Distributing malware, viruses, or ransomware
  • Hacking, unauthorized access, or cyberattacks
  • Child exploitation or illegal pornography
  • Drug trafficking or illegal weapons sales
  • Copyright infringement or piracy on a commercial scale
  • Terrorism or violent extremism

Network Abuse:

  • Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk emails
  • DDoS attacks or network flooding
  • Port scanning or vulnerability exploitation
  • Running tor exit nodes or open proxies

Commercial Misuse:

  • Reselling VPN service without authorization
  • Running high-bandwidth servers (streaming servers, seedboxes) that degrade service for others
  • Cryptocurrency mining using our infrastructure

6.3 Fair Use Policy

While we offer "unlimited bandwidth," we expect reasonable usage:

  • Normal use - Streaming, browsing, downloads, video calls
  • Excessive use - Sustained 24/7 maximum bandwidth consumption that impacts other users

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts engaged in abusive patterns.

7. Service Limitations

7.1 Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service at all times
  • Complete protection from all cyber threats
  • Access to all websites in all countries (some sites block VPN traffic)
  • Specific connection speeds (varies by location and ISP)

7.2 Speed and Performance

VPN connections may be slower than direct connections due to:

  • Encryption overhead
  • Distance to VPN server
  • Server load and your internet speed
  • ISP throttling or network congestion

We optimize for performance but cannot control all factors affecting speed.

7.3 Server Changes

We may:

  • Add or remove server locations
  • Perform maintenance requiring temporary outages
  • Relocate servers to different data centers

We'll announce major changes in advance when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

Vexonik owns all rights to:

  • VPN software, apps, and technology
  • Website content, design, and graphics
  • Trademarks, logos, and brand assets
  • Documentation and support materials

8.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Download and use our apps on authorized devices
  • Access our services according to your subscription

This license terminates when your subscription ends or account is closed.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Remove copyright notices or branding
  • Create derivative works based on our technology
  • Use our trademarks without written permission

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

Vexonik is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Complete security or privacy (no system is 100% secure)
  • Compliance with laws in all jurisdictions

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexonik shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages - Lost profits, data loss, business interruption
  • Consequential damages - Resulting from service outages or security breaches
  • Total liability - Exceeding the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

9.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your online activities while using our VPN
  • Compliance with laws in your country and any country you connect to
  • Protecting your devices with antivirus software
  • Backing up your important data

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains:

  • What data we collect (minimal account info, zero activity logs)
  • How we use and protect your information
  • Your privacy rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other laws

By using Vexonik, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Canceling your subscription in the dashboard
  • Contacting support at support@vexonik.com
  • Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in prohibited activities
  • Provide false information during registration
  • Initiate chargebacks without contacting us first
  • Abuse our support team or staff

Terminated accounts forfeit remaining subscription time without refund (unless required by law).

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

12.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Vexonik.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms:

  • To comply with legal requirements
  • To reflect new features or services
  • To improve clarity or address security issues

Notice of changes:

  • Posted on our website 30 days before effective date
  • Email notification to registered users
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

If you don't agree to new Terms, cancel your subscription before they take effect.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable:

  • That provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary
  • All other provisions remain in full force

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vexonik regarding our services.
